Event Waiver: I hereby authorize camp staff to act for me in any emergency and hereby waive and release staff members and/or associate staff from any and all liability for any and all injuries while participating in any instruction program from the date forth. Medical insurance shall be my responsibility (parents/ guardians) unless stated in writing otherwise. I fully understand that the staff reserves the right to use photographs of ball players for publicity and advertising purposes.  The Shooting Stars Showcase Camp is (1) open to any and all entrants limited only by age, grade level, number, and/or gender and (2) does not employ or give free or reduced admission to athletic award winners.

Event Refund Policy:  All but $40 will be refunded if the event is canceled due to weather.  While we regret this stipulation, the entire event is non-profit and there are unrecoverable costs at that point.  All but $10 will be refunded if you cancel 1 week prior to camp, no refunds are possible after that if you cancel.  As the event is non-profit, we will strive to provide an additional refund if canceled due to weather.  No refunds or credits will be given for "no-shows" (do not attend camp and do not notify camp staff, via email, before the day of camp or clinic).  If an individual cannot attend due to a medical reason, please provide a doctor’s note to receive a refund.  No refunds will be given for voluntary exit from camp.
